Payment schedule
Payment in full is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation fee schedule
91-120 days prior to arrival: 20% of total original booking
61-90 days prior to arrival: 50% total original booking
60 days or fewer prior to arrival: 100% total original booking

If canceling party finds someone to take their place, penalties may not apply. Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card. All other costs incurred during your stay are payable in cash or by credit card on site. Personal checks are not accepted.
