Park entry fees. Airfare, flights and any additional airport transfers. Additional hotel nights necessitated by airline schedule changes or other factors. Cost of medical immunizations (if any). Ground transfers. Optional side trips and activities not in itinerary. All items of a personal nature. Gratuities for safari guides and camp staff.  Baggage handling, Airport departure tax, Travel insurance.  Visa and Passport fees.

Rates
Priced in US dollars (USD) based on shared occupancy of Forest Chalets. All levies are included.

Valid for travel dates between 15 March to 31 August 2024

2 nights / 3 days

Payment schedule  
Payment in full is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation fee schedule
91-120 days prior to departure: 20% of total original booking
61-90 days prior to departure: 50% of total original booking
60 days or fewer prior to departure: 100% of total original booking

Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, deposits are subject to forfeiture and cancellation of the booking. If canceling party finds someone to take their place, penalties may not apply.  Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.  All other costs incurred during your stay are payable in cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
