The scientist in me is ever restless (and driving Danny nuts)! Lately, I’ve been harvesting loads of delicious red and green peri peri from our tiny garden in the sand. So... to spice things up a bit, I’ve been badgering friends and family for recipes and adapting suggestions to my own brand of Gwango formulated peri peri sauces.
