Rates
Priced in US dollars (USD) based on double occupany for one Tree Top Villa accommodation. All levies are included.

Reservations
Valid for travel dates between 15 Mar 2025 and 30 Nov 2026.

Payment schedule
Paymetn in full is due at time of arrival.

Cancellation fee schedule
91-120 days prior to arrival: 20% of total original booking
61-90 days prior to arrival: 50% total original booking
60 days or fewer prior to arrival: 100% total original booking

Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, deposits are subject to forfeiture and cancellation of the booking. If canceling party finds someone to take their place, penalties may not apply.  Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card. All other costs incurred during your stay are payable in cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
