Four little wonders

Life at Gwango is always brimming with surprises. Well - today we have news that has us jumping for joy! Our flamboyant peafowl residing at the pond for the past two years has hatched four adorable, fluffy chicks! So you can guess who is stealing the spotlight with their awkward first steps and soft peeps.

It feels like just yesterday that the proud parents arrived as a shy duo - but ever since, they’ve popped up on every corner, exploring their surroundings. It’s quite dazzling to see them strut about and if you’re lucky, you may get to witness the colorful ritualistic display when the peacock is fanning his features to charm the peahen. Now, their little ones toddling behind them have made the pond livelier than ever! You’ll often find the family strolling through the gardens - a heartwarming reminder of nature’s constant renewal and beauty.

Meanwhile, our garage and mechanics might need to brace themselves for the growing peacock dynasty. If the proud parents’ antics are anything to go by, it won’t be long before these little ones are claiming cars as their personal thrones too! While the mechanics grumble about paint jobs, we can’t help but chuckle at the peacock’s undeniable sense of regal entitlement.
