A python on our balcony

Getting home to Gwango from a quick visit to Vic Falls, you can only imagine my surprise when Danny pointed out a python sitting on a hydroponics tray on the balcony of our loft. I practically was walking right towards him (or her).  This python had made himself quite at home near the bird cages and rabbit hutches. Not your ordinary welcome home!

Danny quickly rounded up a couple of the guys and coaxed the snake into a bucket which was closed overnight. The next morning we relocated him to the water pan. I’m hoping he wont visit us again any time soon..
